Leadership Course

Over the past few months, Arabic Welfare has taken on groups of buddying emerging and current leaders, who come from Arabic speaking communities, and equipped them, though leadership trainings, with the necessary attributes, skills, and knowledge that are required to become prosperous leaders.

Various forms of team building, different leadership styles, effective external and internal communication, public speaking, locating and applying for government grants, and developing strategic and action plans are some of the skills that the trainees were able to earn throughout the trainings.

Natural-born leaders and other trainees had managed to successfully pick up the effective leadership qualities and quickly display their unique characteristics through their dedication to bettering their skills. Their great efforts were acknowledged by the organisation and certificates of achievement were awarded to each of them.
